HMW was founded in 1972 in Krefeld by the lawyer Dr. Herzog. The office does not only provide legal advice but also tax and management consultancy.

The office disposes of a Task Force that is able to support the clients legally, fiscally, economically and operationally in business optimisation and reconstruction.

Tax Consultancy

The office provides several performances of classic tax consultancy including the creation of financial accounting, payroll accounting, annual accounts, tax declarations and corporate plannings.

Full-Service/Network

To advise the clients optimally the office disposes of a national and international widely ramified advisor and competence network, which can be accessed and used anytime. For each individual case the optimal advisor will be selected from the network to accomplish the task that is set by the client.

The office provides a Full-Service-Consulting for their clients, especially the medium-sized companies to support them in every way.

It will be considered that the client has an advisor of his choice and confidence who will contact other special advisors if needed. The actions of the advisors will be coordinated in the interests of the client by the advisor of his choice and confidence who always will be the personal reference person.

Philosophy of consulting

HMW offers solutions in any situation.

HMW supports the client in solving problems, which may be of economic, legal or fiscal nature.

The client usually wants a practical, short-term and preferably cheap solution of his problems. The solely legal solution does not always meet these requirements. The philosophy of consulting is exclusively orientated at the needs of the client.

The client shall be comfortable. HMW does not only want to offer a technocratic realization of consultancy but also wants to be advisor which can be consulted anytime by the client when having personal problems.
